Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:
2+ Years of Corporate Transactions Attorney experience
Experience counseling clients in sophisticated transactions such as joint ventures, debt offerings, VC financing, and Mergers and Aquisitons
Experience working with Investors, Private Equity Firms, and Family Offices
Excellent academic background, history of working for preeminent firms, and top-tier communication skills
1800 Billable hours , pro bono requirement, work from home, track to membership, and commitment to diversity!
