Job Description

Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant supporting a leader of the firm. They are looking for someone highly professional with a proven ability to support a President/CEO and operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion in an extremely fast paced role. This is a fully onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple calendars of appointments and events
• Prepare expense reports
• Support planning and logistics of all client meetings
• Oversee and schedule all travel arrangements
• Manage inbox and act as a gatekeeper for all communication both external and internal
• Become an expert on company standard policies and procedures
• Other administrative duties as assigned

About You:

• 8+ years of experience supporting a top level executive in professional services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint, and Salesforce
• Exceptionally organized with precise attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain a degree of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
