Job Description

• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Team Management : Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to help them meet their targets.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's fire safety and security products and services.
• Sales Targets : Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
• Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience : More than 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire safety or security industry. We will consider a strong candidate coming from HVAC.
• Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills - will manage a team of 7+ producers
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of fire safety and security systems.
