Job Description We are looking for a talented Media Buyer with a strong track record in developing and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. In this crucial role, you will drive client success by managing substantial advertising budgets and achieving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Requirements 2 years of experience in media buying Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $50k or more Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborative team player with a focus on teamwork Familiarity with Meta and Google platforms Positive and energetic demeanor Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Responsibilities Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and enhancing campaign performance Work closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client objectives Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google Monitor client accounts daily and provide the team with regular updates Perform comprehensive analyses of campaign data to refine strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs with an emphasis on maximizing ROAS Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across multiple clients to ensure effective spending and maximize ROI Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 10 paid days off 5 sick days off All major U.S. holidays off Compensation The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
